我认为自行车租赁不可行，因为经过调查，大多数人竟不知有这么个自行车租赁，或不知怎么使用，可见自行车的租赁并不盛行，据我在三圣乡的调查，要办自行车租赁的卡，需要到乡政府办理租赁卡，可据我得知，自行车租赁卡已经停办，而有卡的人还在继续使用自行车租赁站。虽然是自觉租赁，但三圣乡的人们素质还是很高，到了调查完毕，晚上回家时，车辆都一个不差的停在自行车租赁站里，出了原来的损坏外无新增的损坏。

万事有利便有弊，而自行车再为众人带来了方便的同时，且为大家带来了弊端，由于自行车是免费租赁，虽然我是一个地道的成都人，但我并不觉得我们这个城市的文明程度到底有多好，有多高。既然是免费，那损坏是一定了的。通过我拍的照片大家可以发现，不论是在车尾的轮罩上，还是在踏板上，都有不同程度的损坏，成都人有一种不是我的东西，只要不追究到我身上，我便要损坏他，将它占为己有，便要做损人而又不利己的是，也就是宁愿害己，也要损人。不仅如此，还更有胜者：在都江堰还有人为了不让别人借走自己的车而私自在车轮上上了锁，以达到不让别人借走的目的。对于自行车的损坏甚是严重，三圣乡的自行车租赁站里的自行车都有不同程度的受损，而且在车筐中会有多多少少的垃圾与杂物。有些自行车租赁站里有一～三辆自行车都以停用。
